It was an Interesting place. Lots of pool tables and they had karaoke . It Very busy. There was No air conditioner. Food was ok
The food, service, and atmosphere of this charming little pub are all exemplary. The staff are skilled purveyors of making delicious food and equally delicious liquid libations. The staff are courteous and helpful, and if you are uncertain about what to indulge in, you can always be safe in their lovely and courteous hands!
Total dive bar with excellent food and service. We've had the crispy chicken Caesar salad, the bacon cheeseburger and nachos. Drinks are good and cheap! Same with beers.
Food is bar food but cheap. It was a busy day when we were there and one lady running around. She was clearly frazzled and messed up our order but it was cheap and I felt bad for her so she got a good tip. Hopefully they hire some people or have the bartender help out instead of standing behind the bar the whole time.
One the first and only bars I go too anymore! The food drinks and staff have always been amazing and like family. Ambiance is very down to earth not overwhelming especially which days like today are getting harder to find!
This is a local favorite still and it was a local favorite 40 years ago, too. Same kind of honky-tonk feel to it. A favorite spot for people on the gambling machines and heavy drinkers- in my experience they do know lots of people here, many who they tend to overserve. But the food- the food is great here! I love their home made potato salad, and during happy hour (3-6) you can get ground beef hard shell tacos for a buck- cheese, lettuce and tomato. Order at least three or four with a local IPA and ask for a large house-made salsa on the side. Bring your appetite- their cheeseburgers don't fool around, and are the size of house plates.
